The solar panel was sold to me under the premise that I would get a tax refund of $2996 when I filed my tax return in 4/15. They reviewed my filing status for the previous year and my income from 2011. I was supposed to be able to pay a deferred payment of $3000 when I received this refund. Upon filing my taxes I find that I am not eligable for this refund because of my income level. I will be hard pressed to pay this $3000 dollars.in fact I will have to borrow money to pay this amount to avoid paying back interest on the deferred amount.
