Miscellaneous

I signed up for my 'free trial' of face cream for £3.49. They arrived and didn't think any more about it until the fraud section in my bank said can i identify some transactions that are gone through my bank, ididnt reconginse them until they asked if ihad signed up for any free trials... It turns out 2 weeks afer receving this product i was charged £149.90 for these tiny little trail pots as i had not returned the empty pots and cancelled it. Then in April 9th they took another £139.78 from my bank and are in the process of sending me more 30ml pots of cream, the creams are tiny and no one in their right mind would pay £139.78 for them, i have called and emailed and complained and they are saying nothing i can do. I have been to my bank now and blocked any more payments and they have excepted my cancelation. I have told them not to send this recent shipment and i want a refund as payment was only taken yesterday but they say itrs to late shipment already gone but will take 2 weeks for me to receive it, what a load of bull, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR NAY FREE TRIALS AS NOTHING IS FREE - BIG LESSON LEARNT.
