Netdpend blocked my account with my tax refund on it. They demanded a copy of my ssc and I refused. The only option I had was have my refund sent back to the IRS. They said it would. Be a twenty day turn around and they would update my account with a tracking number. It has been 23 days and my account is still bkicked and no tracking number. They first said it was a suspicious charge (i paid my light bill) then later was told its proprietary information and could not be divuged fir security readons. I want my money and refunded fees from net spend.
