I paid by debit card thinking i was gettin great deal for x-box live gold.
They took 2 payments from my account within an hour and bank could not stop or reverse them after i had to phone them to complain about not getting what i paid for. Thats when i discovered they took two payments.
I opened several ticket complaints, and still have no answer... I cant find no phone number for them and have isnce discovered lots of other complaints about people getting scammed by this company.
I got two e-mails from them... One said thanx for payment and the other said they had sent code to me and to check my spam folder which i have been doing all day but still nothin coming through.
I storngly advise anyone against using this company as my bank have now had to p[ut a block on my debit card and i now have to wait around 10 days to get new one but meanwhile this company has taken almost £54 from my account and its gonna be a battle to get it back even after openin a dispute with the bank
