When I went to the site for my address change I went someplace I didn't belong obviously it was the wrong place. I'm 72 years old aqnd I make mistakes on here. Thought I was contacting post office and didn't know you didn't have to pay for change. I'm just a residential person who moved I and needed my mail forwarded.
