Cancelled montly subscription, never got an email to select shoes but they have beeen charging me $39.95 for seven months now. They confirmed that I never once logged into the website after cancelling but will only refund 3 months. The other four months they gave me credit but in order to use the credit I have to keep my account open if I cancel it I lose the credit. Every month you account is open they charge you another 39.95...
