I received a from from Corporate Busines s Filings to provide a service of completing my Coproate Business Filings for our corporate officers. I looked at the form and I could not understand why my normal $25 fee went to $225. I was even more up set that the State of CA was using a contract firm to complete this application in our behalf. The I looked for a phone number and there was none. I went on line and found comments that supported this bogus firm to be what it is. A scam. I looked at the CA. Gov site and found out my document is not required until August. Lesson learned is look carefully over all documents to make sure its the real McCoy.
