The service was misrepresented. The women who was speaking had a heavy accent, along with such static coming through the speakers you couldn't make out what she was saying?
I called today after joining, not knowing you had to wait for hours on the internet for your turn? I left a message to cancel, never using their service. I want a refund, as promised by the company.
