I tryed the trial period for $5.99. When I recieved the package I opened it and read the contents of a letter they sent in it. I saw the price per month and immediately called them to cancel, 129.99/month. I could not afford this and that is why I cancelled. Well I was looking at my bank statement and found out they were still taking money out, $99.99. I immediately called and wondered why they are still taking money out and that I called in February to cannel the product. They stated that i was already passed due the trial period and could not get the 89.99 back because I did not cancel in time. I am upset because it is a 800 number and it won't show up on th phone bill but will show up if i go get a sepona to get my phone records and I do not have extra money for that. They are very hard to work with and unfair. Jeri Howard
