I ordered free samples of beautiful cream and restore serum. I paid for postage for each product. I had ten days to sample and cancel automatic next order if I wasn't satisfied with the product. I called the companies telephone line with my order numbers and email address but the lady I spoke to said they had no record of my details and she would email her superiors to advise I did not want to pay for any of their products or receive any. She told me to email support@beaudify.com as well. Her name was Carla. The telephone number I called was 020 3290 9239. I will go to my bank to try to cancel any future payments to this company
