I ordered advanced system care pro6 for 1 yr. I had a 30 day free trial & it was great for that 30 day. When i purchased it, it was nothing like what i had for free, no turbo boost, ect. I was told before i paid that i could have a full refund! I sent an e-mail & they replyed that if i wanted a refund to send another e-mail, etc, etc, etc! I noticed that the date on my e-mail received was for the following day, i am going to my bank in the morning to have my debit card # changed! I only lost 15 dollars so maybe they think people wont complain, its not the money but the principle of the thing! Thank you
