I sent for a free sample of this Collagen via the Internet from Australia four months ago. This was supposed to cost just over $14.64. However since that date they continue to take $147.41 and then $48.62 from our account.
I have a bad heart and despite writing to them and they acknowledging this is cancelled they continue to do this.
Another lot arrived today and once again this money is removed from our VISA.
It has got to the stage we will have to cancel our VISA.
This is the biggest scam I have ever come across.

Please can you help me.
