Miscellaneous

On the internet, I ordered a trial FREE sample of Anti-Wrinkle face cream from BellaGenix for the quoted shipping cost of $4.95. I never received the free sample within the first 14 days but did receive a standard size bottle of the cream at the end of April - and had $90.19 removed from my VISA account on April 25 - unauthorized by me. A month later on May 25, again unauthorized by me, another $90.19 was taken from my VISA account. Then again, on June 25, yet another $91.84 was taken out of my VISA account. So far, for a FREE sample, I have paid $270.03 Canadian. When I realized what was happening, I phoned the BellaGenix company this morning. I expected to hear that they had made a mistake, but heard instead from the company rep on the phone that the company deliberately hides the Trial sample "deal" re: having to cancel the order within 14 days of the original order... in the small print of the contract. This is the ONLY way to cancel the order. They are willing to return 50% of the cost of the last two deliveries i.E. $42.92 USD x 2 or $85.84 USD within 5-7 business days. The money will... Apparently... Be sent directly to my VISA account. What a scam!
