I was asked to do a survey. After the survey I was told that I had won a free gift and I only had to pay $2.98 for shipping and handling. I paid the s&h by credit card in Feb. Today I noticed that my credit card was charged in march and April for Green coffee complete that I did not ask for. I was told by the person on the phone named Francis that I did not call to cancel membership. I explained to him that nothing was mentioned about other orders of this product coming to me every month. I told him nothing was on the invoice or on the suvery about about 20 days to cancel the membership. Francis insist on me keeping product. I told him I needed a refund on my credit card.
