Ordered an X-Sticker Vibration Speaker from a group buy/voucher site for $25 minus a $10 credit totaling $15. Redeemed my voucher approx Feb. 02 and received an automated e-mail from trendythings.ca stating my voucher was redeemed.

Estimated shipping was 3-6 weeks. After the 6th week on a Monday I e-mailed their customer service (if you want to call it that) asking about my order. Got an automated e-mail saying a response would take up to 72 hours — no response all week.

E-mailed again the following Monday, also with no response. 72 hours after the second e-mail to them, I sent a third one stating if I didn't hear from them I wanted my money back. As of April 08, I still haven't received my product, my money or a response back from them.

They receive an "F" at the BBB website. Next time I will check before I order from an unknown company.
