I purchased a scooter from them and it was marked 49cc but when I went to get it registered at the police station the officer told me it was a 150cc and is considered a motorcycle. I went to get plates and the title was not right. I took it back and he refused to give me my money back and would only trade me another scooter that cost $960. He said it was cause it was used but he sold it to me used. I feel I was wronged in this deal can you please help me.
