Wrong doing for tv repair

I purchased a sanyo 42" tv model # dp42840-01 at walmart on
08/22/10 a month or two after the warranty expired the tv broke so i called sanyo, they reffered me to (henry) at abg tv service, he came to my house checked the unit and said the main board n7am was defective, to pay him money for the part and i did $110.00, from their the stories began, so i called back sanyo on 3/11 and talked to frank 1-800-877-5032 was told that manegement would be in contact with me, so jerry from sanyo called me 1-800-877-5036 ext-1712 and told him what was going on, he said he would call abg tv, and he never called back, so i called him back and told him the company that they reffered me had stolen my money and that henry from abg tv service never answered
the phone anymore and his answer was so what, i think that is wrong, and asked him if they have the part and he said yes, but that he will not sell me the part to fix my tv
