I can see that you have already had received a lot complaint with regard to this 'company'. So, my problem is just the same. I did pay for a trial jar of this cream and got the empty box, or better said, a box containing an inflated small plastic bag and a letter about the product. I intervened immediately, but I have never got any reply from them. To my horror, yesterday I saw that they had charged my VISA card for the amount of $ 94.90. You may imagine that I went nuclear. They did not send me any email saying that they sent the product to me. Simply nothing.

As I live in Europe, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and trying to call them was ineffective, because I always get the voice telling me that the number is disconnected! The situation in my country is economically very bad and this is the money my family can live on for at least one week.

I do not want to have anything with them any more, I just want my money back. Can you help, or at least advise me which association to turn to in order to report on them?
