This Was Suppose To Be A Free Gift From Belk
Free Gift Required Questionnaires, Then Credit Card Was Charged

This is a scam. I ordered from Belk, and it
was suppose to be free if I filled out the
3 questionnaire. Then when you agree it charges
a credit card through some other company.
Suppose to be Quality Mist for free since
I'm a valued customer.
