I called to cancel the cleanse after doing the free trial and was told I would be billed 89.99 even though i had only had the pills for 5 days. I was told the 14 day trial period started when I ordered, not when I got the product. The man on the phone told me I had agreed to these terms but they were not clearly stated at all, not to mention on their terms and conditions you cannot see all of it (I assume, if all this was supposed to be in it). I had tried to cancel earlier and was told I would be charged anyway so I told her I would call back and when I did later that day I just sat on hold and was never able to reach anyone to cancel. This company is just a scam and I hope anyone considering doing their trial reads these complaints and thinks twice.
