Signed up for what I thought was a good deal on good books and found out I was charged $40.46 on 1/22 and $40.46 on 2/6. I tried cancelling and was told I didn't meet my membership agreement. After reading it states, "Easy Membership Just buy 4 books at regular Club prices in the next year. You may cancel any time after that, but we’re sure you’ll want to continue enjoying great prices on amazing books."
Why will they not cancel the account and why do they continue to try and take money out of my account?
