Ditto what everyone else has said. I didn't notice my card being scammed until today, while I was working on my taxes. I copy what the last person said, TOTALLY AGREE! I called, was on hold for a long time, then then told me I'd been a member since 2010 (which I don't believe) and I was on the auto billing. I told them they should at LEAST send a reminder before the renewal date. Now I read some other comments and it's the same story. Don't EVER do this, it's truly a scam...
