Returned rental car to Hertz at the Gulfport Airport in MS and they charged my credit card an additional 50.00 for cleaning. When I called to dispute the charge first they told me I was smoking in the vehicle and then they stated I had an animal in the car. Neither of which was true. When I asked to speak to the supervisor to guy told me I was changing my story and hung up on me. When I called their 800 number to report the incident they also hung up. Web site has no way to resister formal complaint. Will inform my cooperate headquarters that we will not be renting from Hertz again.
