I authorized pageonce to take $157.36 out of my bank account for my jea account it was taken out of my back on the 29th of March
on aprl3 Jea shut my electric off I called pageonce the claimed it had been paid I again called pageonce I told them JEA said it had not been paid they then ask for my JEA account number I gave them my account number they then said a number and I regonzed as my checking account numbe as I told them it did not make any sense for me to pay from my checking account to JEA by giving my checking account number I have calld them several times and I will give
each pson I spok with and the I D number and was always told something different by each 1 I have now been told that it will tak at least 4 days to verifie the JEA has not been pid by them and then the rfund will take at least 5 dys I spoke to my ank on the issue and they told me sounded like something sneaky going on I have had to pay 2 months bill which cost me $298 dollars I have also recvied a letter from JEA might have to charge me a 2 months sercuity depoist because of that the Pageonce verification is bkpvne THE PEOPLE I have talk oo with there I D number are Clara 307340, Brain 29100, Kate 307283, Mat Sara 307334
