"I received a call from John who claimed he was a contractor with a company named "workforce". He said he had some extra work and needed help in my area. He also said he had a 6 month backload of bank forclosers. I signed up and the said the needed a background check to be run for $99. I gave them my card and signed up. It all sounded good at first. I received 3 leads after the first week. When I sent an email to the 3 company's they sent me they were promptly returned to me as a daemen mailure failure. NO SUCH ADDRESS! This has been going on since December. I then after much calling and digging found out that workforce is getting the leads from "skilledtradesmenonline.com. The number that I was called from was 312-492-4996. This was the workforce number. I did get another number for support which is 312-492-4516. After 3 days of calling I finally got a hold of a live body. They said to let them know of any bad email leads... Which I promptly sent them 6 bad leads. Now I can't get them to answer either number and they are no longer sending any leads. They took my $99 and did not provide any viable leads. It is a total scam. They need to be shut down and stop preying on small business owners. So if you get acall from a "John or Michelle or Katherine Watson" hang up. They will string you along and take your money. Scams and scammers... Shame on them!
