I called and cancelled this "free trial membership" ten days after I ordered this product. I was told my membership would be cancelled immediately and would not be charged again. For the next two months I have been charged by them, yet they have not even ship a package to me. This is a total scam company that not only steals peoples money but has no product to back it. I have called 6 times now and I am done. I cancelled my card, talked to my bank and reported them to the Attorney General's office. Hope they go under and in a bad way. These people SUCK. Oh and their customer service line? Only open from 8am to 5 pm est, so if you live on the west coast good luck getting a live person.
