This company is expert at stringing you along. We first retained their services in hopes of a loan modification, property tax appeal, and "loan forgiveness" - the difference between what is owed and the fair market value. We were told 3-6 months on the outside to accomplish this. Come to find out that the loan servicer had closed the account in August for lack of documentation that they've been requesting from this Law Center. Not until January did the Law Center call the loan servicer again. Of course, it's always the other guys' fault. The biggest thing that bugs me is the customer service manager has blantantly lied to me SEVERAL times including the piece-de-resistance: "let me call you right back in a few seconds." That was almost 2 weeks ago. Applied for a refund for lack of progress 2.5 months ago and still don't have anything. They can't even send a simple retraction letter to the loan servicer so we can talk directly with them. What a bunch of lying SOB's. Definitely give lawyers a bad name that they can ill-afford to have in the first place.

Robbing people. Lying to them. Stealing hard-earned money. Crooks.
