Basically I got a text that I can get £2000. It came randomly. I phoned them up, that said that I have to pay £40 for fees, and on case I change my mind about the loan it's totally refundable, any time. So I changed my mind in 2 days, they told me tat I have to wait until the 48 hours totally gone. I called them next day, than they told me I have to wait 48 working hours, not regular. Than I called them again like 5 times in February and March. They said that I have to wait until someone calls an then I can get my refund... Otherwise if I cancel it I will lose it... It's April now... The customer help line is always "busy"... I have 5 names, I wrote 1 email, I told them I gonna take it to further... They doesn't care, and since I can't even contact them any more... I think my money is gone...: (
