My mother received a call today informing her that she had won $4,800, 000.00 and a car. The person that called a "Wendy Cooper" sent me e-mail info on her winnings. I researched the company name "Global International Sweepstakes Company" and believe this is a scam on the elderly. The require a claim receipt of $1500 that is due before sweepstakes can be issued. My mother has not lost anything but if we can report this company and prevent them from targeting other elderly trusting individuals I would be very pleased. I do npt want to see anyone taken and scammed out of their life savings.
