I've been reading (after the fact), that they are slow and nonresponsive to RMAs for the return of merchandise. So far, I've had contact with a couple of reps and they reassure me not to worry, but there are no follow-up details and no way to return the shipment. I may dispute the charge with credit card company, but would rather resolve the issue through the company and return the items.
