I was having trouble with my laptop and tried everything to fix it myself, like I was accustomed to. This time was different I wasn't able to figure out was was causing my anti-virus software to turn off. I decided to call dell support little did I know I was call Qresolve, wasn't until I received payment charge that I realized. I was told my computer had various malicious software and they would be removing it along with errors and warning signs and they would manually speed up the computer. Well I purchased 1 year for 199.99. As they worked on it an hour later the tech said he'd call me back in an hour because it would take some time and he didnt want me waiting that was about 10:30 pm Thursdays night. I waited and waited watching them working on the computer from my side and it was 2 am Friday morning when I realized they had stopped working and had a warning sign that said they were disconnected from my computer but I never received a call. I called back about 8 am Friday morning and the rep that I spoke to could not tell me why they didnt call me and why I wasn't able to take control of my computer. I asked him there should be some kind of history of the working on it and all he kept saying was yes yes but never exactly said what. Then he asked to take control of my computer and well I kept try to explain to him it wasn't possible bc it was letting log on to anything, the rep would put me on hold to go ask someone else what to do by then I was thinking it was a scam but I had already purchased. I ended up having to restored to factory settings and lost everything on my computer, I was told it was going to fix all problems. Couple days later my computer complete went down. Windows wouldn't even let me log in I kept recovering errors while trying to turn on. I was very upset and unsatisfied with this because it did not fix any problem it just made it worse. I was also able to get the names of 3 people that were working on my computer.
