This company (Fox rent a car) i rent it a vehicle from them they mislead me to put my initials on a contract stating we are going to take 100 dollars from your credit card but you get them back once you returned the vehicle, what they did not tell me they were also charging me for additional insurance for the vehicle i did not requested, when they asked me if i want it additional insurance i was very clear to said i do not. I try to fight this through my credit card but they said my initials were on the contract, on the same spot were the 100 retainer were. When i try to contact this people they never answer the phone even their own operator could not transfer me to them.
If you are reading this do not use this company they will take your MONEY
