Scammed by £137 via premium rate, paid for a test with a retest company emailed saying they have not received my failure sheet. Contacted the local council for address on company website was advised this is a po box address and not a fixed address. Company emailed me and i think they are based in india as the english was terribly shocking. I have now changed my bank details as they have my card details and certain companies have already advised me that they are a fraud and clone credit card details.
