Colonial Home Warranty refused to repair an HVAC unit and a clothes dryer. Their "technicians" incorrectly reported a rust problem with the HVAC unit, which actually needed a fan motor and new seals. They refused to send a "technician" to fix a squeaky noise in a clothes dryer because the dryer was still working and told my tenant to fix the noise herself! Dryer not working now, and Colonial has refused to repair it!
