Called this company several times to request CC reversal for charges. They refused, stating I received the producrt (which I had not). I had to resort to cancelling my CC# and have a different CC reissued. Huge Hassle! I use my card for every day purchases, due to Points Program. What the heck kind of company is this Rejuvex? They will soon be out of business if the owners allow this type of poor service to continue. Or should I say lack of any service???
