Ripoff charges from three companies even after cancellation hassled to continue business fraudulent billing without consent

I initially received a charge for MWI Galleria. I called and cancelled. Two months later, I received a second charge for Galleria and never received a credit for the first charge.
Shortly after, I then received a charge for ValueMax for $99.95 and quickly called for a refund. After much hassling about continuing their "inexpensive" and "wonderful" services, I finally received a refund, but only for a prorate, when I never even asked for the service.
Then, this month, I received a charge of $199.95 for PremierHealth Plus, EVEN after I told them I DID NOT want the service. When I called to receive a credit, I had to tell the customer service rep (no lie) 10 times that I was not interested, and that I could not afford it. Oh, he could give me a Walmart gift card (which apparently I should have received months ago) for $50 and take $50 off of the steep membership fee.
Hello!!! I cannot afford it - what is there not to get about not being able to afford it? After much hassle and stress, I was finally told that I would receive a credit. I don't like a company that charges me for something I refused, and then hassle me about keeping it.
