I got a phone call saying was approved for a loan but in order to recieve this loan. I had to pay some US fees money was sent overseas my understanding was the Philipines. They held me on the phone until the money was picked up.
Western Union's position is once it is picked up there is nothing they can do about it.
I did another transaction recently the I did receive a call back from
Western Union saying to go and pick my money up.
If Western Union can distribute information on how not to become a victim. How come they can't better protection of the customer? They can see the transaction being made and stop it but they choose not to? Why? They have nothing in place to help the customer who chose to use their services. I have nothing but receipts of the money and amount sent to whom it was sent. Do I have a recourse in this regard. I have been searching for help to put these people away. Or some way to perhaps retrieve my money back...
