I ordered a Motorola HD/DVR receiver and received on Feb 17/13 a different from the one I ordered The model I received was in terrible condition and I returned the item On Feb 20/13, via UPS, as per their instructions. The date is now March 29/13 and I have not received the refund. I sent numerous emails and made numerous phone call and non have been answered.
