Shipped wrong product - refuses to refund money or send Return Label to exchange

I ordered a (simple) Nady AC Adapter for a Nady WA-120 (portable) PA system.instead, I received a rechargeable battery (with no charger stand). I ordered the adapter in early March.

Three months later and after numerous phone calls and emails to the company, I still have not received a refund, a prepaid Return Label for me to ship the incorrect item back so they can send out the correct item, or the correct item I ordered.

Each time I called, I was promised a Return Label to mail the item back so they could send the correct item, and each time I never received it.

In the meantime, we have had to use expensive batteries to run the system (the Nady PA System is used for our Sunday School class) which is very expensive.
