I purchased on Ebay a Caterpiller Die cast model and paid for it on 1-4-13.
I left on my winter vacation and returned to open the box to find a model in multiple pieces. It was not at all like the photos. Ebay said their customer complaint limit is 45 days so they cannot help me.
I have contacted Andrew numerous time to get help filing an insurance claim with the shippers or allowing me to return the package for credit and they will not respond.
I am willing to pay the shipping to return it if they will refund the purchase price?
Can you help me?
