Like everyone else on this site I too ordered my 14 day trial bottles in a moment of weakness. I 14 days later I still had not received the products but I was charged $79.98 and $79.99 plus tax to my card. Trying to get in touch with the company by phone was impossible until I sent an e-mail giving me a different phone number. I spoke with a woman I could hardly understand who told me that she would cancel my account but I was still required to pay the money. I was also offered a 50% discount. I told her I was going to dispute the charge to my credit card she then said she would refund my card. That was yesterday and the card did not get refunded. I called again and spoke to what I think was the same person who tried to give me the run around again but told me it would take 3-5 days for it to show up refunded on my account. I now have my bank involved, so fingers crossed for a refund but I am not holding out much hope after reading all the comments on this site. This is a big scam.
