I bought a throw rug in December It arrived a few days later - it cost $19.99. It was the size of a carpet sample - and was cheeply made —or of poor quality. I sent it back the same day it arrived, and I received an email that said they received it and I would receive a refund—this never arrived, at the time they said the returns were free also. As they advertised— However I have never received any refund and I have inquired but to no availe.
