I ordered their "Brain Health Kit' on Feb. 7. On Feb. 8th my visa was debited. Todate (March 28th, 3013, I still do not have my package. I have never gotten a notice indicating that it's been shipped and given the Tracking Number. I've called then 2Xs now and am goiung nowhere.
All I was given was a Order Number: BARTN02080051-533196 at the time of the order, and nothing more since.

The above "THE date it happened" box, does not go back to February, and it would not allow me to submit this complaint without a date, so I clicked on the 1st of March, which is NOT the date it happened. I ordered the books on Feb. 7th and my visa was debited on Feb. 8.
