In May my 82 yr old father sent them the money ($395 by visa) they claim is required to obtain a pardon for a sibling of mine. He obtained nothing, not even communication. I took over communications in late 2012 with the company dealing with Carla Lopez, Sr. Manager 1800 906 5444 extension 222.in january she agreed to have me take over correspondence with them for my brother. I leave messages, emails and get no reply.
