I spoke with someone on March 6 about having my laptop repaired. They told me that the cost would be $199.99, I agreed to it. So they immediately took the money out of my account. I sent off my laptop.instead of them calling me, I had to keep calling them to check on it. Each time I called they would tell me that it was still going through diagnostics. So, finally when I called again it was finish and they explained to me that it couldn't be fixed. I requested for a refund and to have my laptop shipped back to me. They agreed. That happened on March 20. I haven't received my refund nor my laptop. Each time I call no one answers and when they do they give me stupid reasons of why I don't have my money yet.

I think that this is a matter that needs to be put into court. I need my money!!!
