Towed/damaged my car refused to pay

SW towed my vehicle. Upon retrieving it my entire bumper fell off. I immediately went to a body shop. They confirmed it was towed improperly and the bumper was ripped off. I called Sw tow. It qas were very hard to reach a live person. It took a week for someone to call me back. After speaking to lat finally he said someone would contact me from claims. Patrick called me and denied my claim without even looking at my vehicle. I am shocked. How can a business do this. I looked online and there ate several complaints about this tow company. Pls help. This happened 2/28. That date was not a choice on ur website.
