I was told to get a green dot card for 158.00 and for an 8 month loan at 158.00 a month payment plan. I complied and they responded back saying i had a 345.00 bill they paid on behalf of them and if i wanted the loan i need to send another 345.00 They said it was the FED govmnt collected the 345.00 from an outstanding debt in Orange Co CA. When i asked for my 158.00 refund he hung up on me.
