This guy with a heavy Indian accent keeps calling our dept.in a hospital. We have three lines in the dept. And somehow he calls all three simultaneously, tying up operations. He is attempting to get in touch with one of our employees saying that she owes him money. She hasn't borrowed any money. He has called upwards of 1000 times today and refuses to take no for an answer.
