I was charged for this free trial product, even though I sent back the unopened trial pack with cancellation in writing and by phone, I am horrified to think a company can steal from me without my authorisation, I'm told a point of sale is what it has come under my bank records which can mean a one off I'm hoping, having said that I now received another batch same process I did all that was requested to cancel accordingly, this is a scam any help with stopping these transaction from my bank account, cancelling cards don't do it I'm told
