We were also conned into the cash for keys after this went from Saxon to Ocwen. I just received word that our foreclosure was done deceiptfully and received a letter stating I would be receiving an undisclosed amount in 4-8 weeks from Saxon. The modificatation had raised our payments as they never applied it within the 3 times i filed, it was always denied or lost? How can Ocwen taking over give you cash for keys on a foreclosure that is not legal? I stupidly took the thousand and moved out as they kept on and on. Do I need to start a suit with them? I want to know who is responsible for selling our home? I do not understand all this, and I want it back. It has also been sold! So wouldn't that be illegal? Also what is going to happen to all the equity I had in the home since the foreclosure should have never happened? So many questions! If you can answer any please email. (Personal Information Removed) I am one (Inappropriate Content Removed) consumer! Only 3 states have started Class Action with Saxon. Is there one coming from Ocwen also? I am soooo confused by this mess. We are in Indiana and I have a friend who has been done the same way! This is a mess!
